Small, Buttery dough “puffs” filled with sage and gruyere cheese

Mini tini glasses filled with lime marinated, shredded green papaya; finely diced tomatoes and cucumbers and baby shrimp. Garnished with fresh cilantro leaf and crushed peanuts.

Skewer of Filet Mignon Cubes, Roasted Potato and Smoked Gouda
Champagne Flutes filled with layers of fresh fruit (cut into star shapes) and Fresh Whipped Cream infused with a hint of Gran Marnier. Garnished with Star cut fruit and star shaped tuiles.
Peta Zeta Chocolaté (pop rock chocolate)
Small, ring molded, layered chocolate cakes baked with milk chocolate pop rocks in the base. Complete with Ganache Drizzle and Rich Chocolate Mousse Rosette.
