Egg Rolls for Breakfast

How kind of one of our Chefs to make Egg Rolls for Breakfast here at Scratch Event Catering.  Of course, not your ordinary Egg Rolls – filled with Jasmine Rice, 5 Spice Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Butternut Squash and Turnips.  Just a little braised Cabbage with Shiitake Mushrooms.  Classic Dim Sum dipping sauce.  Did I mention that all those lovely Root Vegetables were locally grown at Dayton’s own Patchwork Gardens –  fabuloso !
