For the third year now, we have had the honor of participating in Ronald Mcdonald House Charities’ Doors of Compassion Dayton event. It has become somewhat of a tradition in our kitchen to spread our wings extra wide for this event, amassing great ingredients and pushing our own boundaries. I guess it is from within this spirit of giving that it becomes acceptable to be uber competitive – to a fault 🙂 Chef Marshall Bartley is to blame for this years Menu from Scratch Event Catering – and it was a pleasure to watch it unfold. For my part, I sat back and snapped photos – and watched it all go down.
