Letter to the Public

Hello Everyone,

There are many questions and uncertainties looming over our great nation today. At this moment, the team here at Scratch Food is standing strong with our current goal to provide wholesome, high quality meals to all the families served by our partners at Pink Ribbon Girls, as well as to our retail customers.

The USDA seal on each of our meals means more to us today than ever. It means that we have in place the strictest of standards when it comes to food safety and sanitation. It means that personal hygiene and our health has been a priority since Day 1. It means that we have a federally trained inspector in our facility on each day of production to make sure that these standards are met. Most importantly, it means that we can confidently offer a delicious meal, made with fresh food and under the strictest safety and sanitary measures, and provide it to our clients, families and friends.

Although there is no evidence to suggest that food produced in the United States can transmit COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions when it comes to our daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing practices. We are a small crew; and we are taking a pledge to make every effort possible to limit potential exposures to this and all illness in our professional and personal lives.
